Registration

How many attendees can I bring to FTC?

Each school is guaranteed 20 spots for members to attend. Further members wishing to attend will be placed on a waitlist.

When do I need to pay dues to attend FTC?

You must be a dues-paid member before registration closes in order to attend.

What is a new member?

A new member is anyone who is attending Fall Training Conference for the very first time! Registered new members will be able to participate in the New Member Induction Ceremony on Saturday night. If you will be a first-time FTC attendee, make sure to let your president/treasurer know so they can register you to participate in something special.

Time

When should I arrive at FTC?

Registration for FTC will open at 5:30PM. Opening Session will begin at 9:00PM on Friday.

When does FTC end?

Departure will be at 10:30AM on Sunday.

What Happens if I arrive late to FTC?

Registration closes at 12AM, but will reopen the next day at 6AM. You will be able to find housing locations posted on the door to the lobby.

How will daylight savings work?

Daylight Savings Time ends on Sunday, November 3, but due to campsite rules, our schedule will be disregarding the time change and will continue to proceed as normal on Sunday. Make sure to set your phone clocks to manual/airplane mode the night before!

Activities

How can I get involve at FTC?

There are plenty of ways to get involved! Volunteer to be an SAA, apply to be a team captain or workshop host, or apply to be a part of campfire skits & talent acts! Check out the apply tab to see all the opportunities available to you!

What activities are there going to be?

What makes FTC stand out from other district Circle K events is our new member induction ceremony! There will also be activities ranging from workshops, team activities, campfire skits & talent acts, entertainment, fundraising, spirit, and more!

Finance

How much does FTC cost?

Early Registration, due by October 10th, will cost $155 per member. After that date, the registration price will rise to $180 per member. Registration closes on October 17th.

Are meals included in the price?

Yes, attendees will be provided breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday.

Can my club sell merchandise/fundraise at FTC?

Yes, on Saturday night. Make sure to fill out a Club Sales Contract, your treasurer should have access to this.

SAA

What is an SAA?

SAA stands for Sergeant-At-Arms. SAAs are volunteers responsible for knowing and enforcing the Code of Conduct and the Old Oak Ranch Camp Guidelines. They make sure all attendees abide by the rules at all times, ensure a safe environment for attendees, and offer assistance to members in any way that they can!

How many SAA's does a club need?

Each club with at least four members in attendance will be expected to register a minimum of one SAAs, plus an additional SAA for every five members that attend. Review the SAA handbook for more detailed information.
